Since July/August 2015.
What Made You Start Running?
In January 2013, I decided on some lifestyle changes. Walking wasn’t challenging for me so I decided to start running.
What is your best/worst run?
My best run is when I completed a Marathon in October 2018. I was struggling with an injury during training. But completed the marathon pain free.
Worse run was Tely 2019, I woke with a cold and feeling miserable.
Favorite running shoe?
Currently wearing Brooks Adrenaline.
How do you track your runs?
I’ve used a Garmin watch and Garmin Connect.
Do you have a current running goal?
My primary goal lately has been helping others reach their goals. Seeing someone achieve a running goal, knowing you may have made a little contribution to that is an amazing feeling.
Best training tip you can provide/received?
Listen to your body, not your head!! Stretching is super important! It doesn’t matter if you are the fastest or slowest, just get moving and have fun!!
