2023 Race Information

DATE: August 12, 2023

 Come out and enjoy a flat course around two of the town's favourite ponds!

This event is open to all runners of all abilities. We kindly ask to plan to finish the event within 60-75 minutes, for post race reception, award of age group placement medals and giveaways.

Pricing: $20 for NLAA members, $25 for non-NLAA members

Bib Pickup: Bib pickup will be on race morning, starting at 7am at Paradise Park

Race Day Registration?: No. We can not accept race day registration as bibs must be prepared before the event.

Post race reception: Paradise Park bandstand area. 

• Age group medals in gold, silver and bronze will be awarded.

• Refreshments and snacks for finishers

• Prize draws and giveaways!

Parking: Ample parking at the Paradise Double Ice Complex, directly adjacent to the start and finish.

Course Description

The race starts and finishes on Sarah Davis Way, directly next to the Paradise Double Ice Complex.

The race follows the T'Railway, which is well groomed and near equivalent to road condition running. The route first laps Neil's Pond and upon returning past the starting area, follows the trail around Octagon Pond.

The course will be well marked and marshalled. *It is the responsibility of participants to familiarize themselves with the course.
