This event is open to all runners of all abilities. We kindly ask to plan to finish the event within 60-75 minutes, for post race reception, award of age group placement medals and giveaways. Strollers are not permitted in NLAA sanctioned events. Due to time constraints the Figure 8 Race will be unable to host this event for participants intending to walk.
Headphones/ Earbud Policy: As per NLAA accredited road races policy, headphones or ear buds are not permitted to be worn during any road race. They cause concern for the safety of the runner wearing them, as well as for the safety of other runners. If you are wearing headphones/ear buds, you will not be in tune with what is happening around you. Violators may be subject to disqualification.
