"Top Canadian 10K" - Voted by Canadian Running
Age group certificates will be presented to the top three finishers per age group. In case of technical issues, these could be digital.
Finisher medal is displayed below. Please take advantage of the early bird registration to help us determine how many medals will be ordered. We will notify registrants of medal limit when it is set, and the point in which registrants are no longer guaranteed a medal. An alternate award will be available to registrants who do not get a medal.
If you do not register early enough to get a guaranteed medal, any unclaimed medals will be available on a first come/first served basis after the awards ceremony.
Headphones/Earbud Policy:
As per NLAA accredited road races policy, headphones or ear buds are not permitted to be worn during any road race. They cause concern for the safety of the runner wearing them, as well as for the safety of other runners. If you are wearing headphones/ear buds, you will not be in tune with what is happening around you. Violators may be subject to disqualification.
